  URBE DESARROLLO 2008 HAS REACHED AN AGREEMENT WITH ATREA, THE REAL ESTATE WEB SITE OF THE BBVA GROUP
 

In the occasion of the celebration of the 8th edition of the organizing company, Urbe has reached an alliance with ATREA, the Real Estate web site of the BBVA Group. This agreement is the fruit of a stake made by URBE 2008 utilizing internet as a sales channel in the real estate sector and, in particular, a sure fire bet by ATREA, the company under the BBVA Group that has for the past seven years developed and targeted its activities through these means.

  LA CLAU MAGAZINE WILL BE PRESENT AT THE "URBE DESARROLLO" EXHIBITION WITH ITS VALENCIA AND CASTELLON PUBLICATIONS AND WEB SITE.
 
The real estate and new build information magazine LA CLAU will be present at the "Urbe Desarrollo" exhibition, as it has been from the start, with a stand of 90 square metres where free issues of both the Valencia and the Castellón publications will be handed out to all visitors.

Those who are interested will also be welcome to see how the web site:www.laclaudigital.es works, where all the information about the written editions can be found through Internet.

During the exhibition, professionals from LA CLAU´s sales, creative advertising and IT departments will attend the professionals from the sector who wish to know more about how this publication, which over the years has achieved a major relevance in the sector, works.

  THE 2nd REBI PROPERTY SECTOR INVESTMENT FORUM
 

URBE Desarrollo and the IESE Business School will be staging the REBI investment Forum for the second year running on 21st and 22nd November. REBI focuses on investment in the property sector and attracts real estate businesses, agents and senior management seeking to set up deals and develop residential, industrial and service projects both in Spain and abroad.

  SUPPLIERS SHOW GAINS SPECIFIC WEIGHT AT THE MEDITERRANEAN REAL ESTATE TRADE FAIR
 

The show featuring suppliers to the building industry is gaining more ground at Urbe Desarrollo, the major Mediterranean real estate trade fair. A hundred companies interested in taking part in this professional event will be located on Level 3 on Pavilion 2 at Feria Valencia with an exhibition area of 12.000 square meters. This show is a opportunity for construction companies and developers at Urbe Desarrollo to find the suppliers they require.
